The staff was friendly and attentive during my stay.

I was disappointed by the quality of the room we booked. The shower had barely any water pressure, which made it unusable, and despite my complaints, no one seemed to care. Additionally, the room had a musty odor, and the overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards.

I stayed in a Queen Room Lake View. The view of the lake was stunning, especially at sunset. The room had air conditioning, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. The outdoor swimming pool was great for relaxing. I enjoyed the fitness center and the hair salon offered a killer haircut. Breakfast was included and had tasty local options.

the beds were super comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. the location was nice too, with a mall right across the street. the staff was really great, bringing me free food and wine during my stay. i was really impressed with the fitness facilities available as well.

Had a great time with friends! We loved being close to Salvador Allende Pier for scenic boat tours and enjoying one of the many restaurants there. The staff was helpful, and we had a fantastic experience exploring the area. Don't miss out on checking with the concierge for local activities. there’s plenty to do around.

I truly appreciated the spacious common areas, which were designed with comfortable seating and easy accessibility for seniors. The beautiful decor, particularly the Mayan pyramid style, created a welcoming atmosphere, making it enjoyable to relax in the lobby.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable during a humid stay, and the lighting was inadequate, relying solely on two desk lamps. Despite this, the clean room and attentive staff made the experience enjoyable, with special mention to Jimmy for great service during breakfast. Plus, the dining options were impressive, especially the steaming wok of prawns I enjoyed one evening.
